Meetings

Our meetings are to be held online until further notice – please email contact@wfcycling.org.uk if you would like to attend and we’ll send you a link.

All cyclists are welcome to our monthly meetings – 4th Tuesday of the month, 8-9:30pm on ZOOM in the Hornbeam Centre, 458 Hoe Street, E17 9AH.

Once the lockdown is lifted we are planning to have meetings every other month (odd numbers) and arrange alternative meet ups on the even numbered months. At our meetings we discuss works in the borough, our campaigning plans, events, rides and there is the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions.

Upcoming meetings:

  • 26 May 2020 – Online only
  • 23 June 2020 – TBC
  • 28 July 2020
  • August 2020 – No meeting
  • 25 September 2020
  • 27 October 2020 – TBC
  • 24 November 2020
  • December 2020 – No meeting

Annual Meeting

Waltham Forest Cycling Campaign is entirely run by volunteers and once a year we hold our Annual Meeting when a new committee is elected and motions are voted on.

We encourage anyone who has even a little time to spare to consider volunteering. You don’t have to be a member of London Cycling Campaign and it would help us and cycling in Waltham Forest greatly.

Only London Cycling Campaign members can vote or stand for certain committee posts*. Any proposed changes to the constitution must be circulated at least four weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. To allow us to do this, any proposed changes should be emailed to the Chair and Coordinator one week prior to the preceding (February) meeting.

Joining LCC also supports our work and includes a range of benefits and discounts!
